Sittingbourne in Bloom 2014 Winners

On Monday evening the Sittingbourne in Bloom Committee held its annual prize-giving evening in the URC Hall, Central Avenue.
Councillor George Bobbin, the Mayor of Swale, presented certificates and trophies to gardeners in ten different categories.
Malcolm Moore, Chairman of Sittingbourne in Bloom, said the town should be proud of the high standards achieved by many of its gardeners this year. Their combined efforts added colour and beauty to many of our residential and commercial areas and made a significant contribution to the town's entry in the Large Towns Group of the South and South East in Bloom competition, the results of which will be received on 17th September.
