YAK Dance Crew, a youth club and performing arts group based at The Forum Shopping Centre, is calling out to members of the Sittingbourne community who can donate unwanted or unused music, dance or DJ equipment.
YAK Dance Crew is a talented group of dancers and performers, skilled in the disciplines of break dance, parkour, popping/locking and Capoeira, the Brazilian martial art and dance fusion. The crew also offer classes in a variety of different dance styles to children and adults.
Francesca Donovan, Centre Manager of The Forum Shopping Centre, commented:
“We were delighted to offer the YAK Dance Crew the regular use of a space at The Forum as a practise venue. The group has performed several times at the shopping centre and they always draw a crowd and keep our shoppers transfixed with their amazingly polished dance skills. We are now lending our support to YAK Dance Crew as they appeal to members of the local community for any unwanted music or DJ equipment.”
To donate any unwanted or unused music, dance or DJ equipment to YAK Dance Crew please contact Francesca Donovan on 01795 428 054 or theforum@outlook.com
