School Library Fundraiser Success

Yesterday's fete at Rodmersham Primary School brings the reality of a new library even closer.
The mixed weather didn't dampen spirits, and even mid way through the afternoon when we arrived it was difficult to find anyway to park remotely near the school.
There were plenty of activities on offer, including an enormous inflatable obstacle course that stretched the full width of the playing field and shooting ducks from their perch with water jets which looked like great fun.
And talking of ducks, we found Kevin Rye and Richard Simpson going quackers to raise money for the library.
Some of the many dancers from the Allegro School of Dancing in Faversham which had a whole roster of different dance routines to enjoy.

Kevin and Richard look absolutely Quakers. Richard is my brother in law and Kevin my nieces husband. Being fun loving and supporting good causes runs in the family. Good job Rich an Kev. Xxx
