Saturday’s super 'Wild West' themed fayre organised by the Friends of Borden Church of England Primary School raise just over £3,000 for the school.

Winner of the fancy dress competition, Lola aged 7 with her sister.

There was heaps to do, with stalls, games, line dancing, a fancy dress parade and much more and the good people of Borden turned up in force many of them suitably attired for occasion.

Mine you, was also also danger afoot with many a gun slinging bandit on the look out for easy takings.

Totally loving these amazing Wild West themed cakes of which there were many more including cakes with a cactus on top.

Headteacher, Mr Corfield taking one for the team, well actually quite a few but we don't wish to quibble about such things.
