The Government has announced that Swale, along with the rest of Kent and Medway, will be placed into Tier 3 – Very High, from 2nd December
The meeting was called by Swale Borough Council in response to the recent rise in the number of cases in the borough, and included representatives from partner agencies such as Kent County Council, Kent Police, HM Prison Service and Public Health England.
Businesses that have been forced to close or have been severely affected by the new restrictions can apply for one of the following business grants from Swale Borough Council
Councillors have approved a three-year plan that will stimulate the borough’s economy by securing investment and infrastructure, supporting local business and improving skills.
